The Madina Nagar Housing Residence is a modern multi-story residential project located in the heart of Dhaka. We were selected to provide expert tile masonry services for both the interior and exterior areas of the building. Our task involved installing high-quality tiles across various spaces, including living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, staircases, and outdoor areas, with a special emphasis on durability, aesthetics, and long-term performance.
A combination of modern designs and tile sizes was carefully selected to complement the contemporary building's aesthetics. All tiles were chosen for their durability and low maintenance, ensuring the spaces remain pristine for years to come. Our team provided expert tile masonry services for the entire building, which included the installation of:
Indoor Tiles:
We installed 30cm x 60cm tiles for various living spaces, including bedrooms and hallways. These tiles were chosen for their sleek, modern appearance and easy-to-maintain nature. 15cm x 90cm tiles were laid in the kitchens and bathrooms to provide a seamless look and enhance the overall interior design. 30cm x 90cm tiles were utilized in larger areas to create a consistent and spacious aesthetic.
Outdoor Tiles:
The outdoor areas, including balconies and the main entrance, were fitted with high-performance tiles that can withstand the elements, ensuring long-lasting beauty and functionality.
Stair Tiles:
Special attention was given to the staircases, where durable, slip-resistant tiles were installed, ensuring safety while maintaining the architectural design of the building.
Installation was carried out with precision, ensuring perfect alignment and smooth finishes, which add to the visual appeal of the residence.
